Principles of corporate management are a basis for recommendations which are in the following chapters of the Code of corporate management, necessary for formation, functioning and improvement of the corporate management system of the Society.

The Society develops corporate relationships, guarantees transparency in management and follows relevant standards of corporate management.

According to the Code of the corporate management the corporate management of the Society is founded on the basis of justice, honesty, responsibility, transparency, professionalism and competence. Effective structure of the corporate management presupposes right and interests respect of all people working in the Society and contributes to successful activity of the Society including growth of its importance, financial stability and profitability support.
Fundamental principles of the corporate management are:
Principle of right and interests protection of the Sole shareholder;
Principle of effective management of the Society by the Board of directors and the president of the Society;
Principle of independent activity of the Society;
Principle of transparency and impartiality of information disclosure about the activity of the Society;
