Board of directors staff

The Board of directors of the Society carries out general management of the Society activity with the exception of matters connected with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Articles of association of the Society with the exceptional competence of the Sole shareholder.

The Board of directors of the Society was chosen by the decision of the Sole shareholder JSC «National company «Kazakhstan temir zholy» in the following membership:

		Zhussupuv Beibit Gazizovich a chairman of the Board of directors of JSC «MRG» A managing director — a leader of the staff in JSC «National company «Kazakhstan temir zholy»

		Almagambetov Kanat Esmukhanovich a member of the Board of directors of JSC «MRG» A managing director of operation work in JSC «National company «Kazakhstan temir zholy»

		Ryspaeva Karlygash Mussilbekovna a member of the Board of directors of JSC «MRG» A director of Economic department in JSC «National company «Kazakhstan temir zholy»

		Syomin Anatoliy Vyacheslavovich a member of the Board of directors of JSC «MRG» The president of JSC «MRG» Syomin Anatoliy Vyacheslavovich was born in 1957. He graduated from Higher school of MIA SSSR in Karaganda, his specialty is jurisprudence. He began his labour activity as an inspector of CSSPD of the police line department at the station Karaganda-Sortirovochnaya. From 1978 to 1997 he worked as an investigator, a chief of investigative department, a deputy chief of the internal affairs line department at the station Karaganda-Sortirovochnaya, as a chief of the internal affairs line department at the station Kokchtav, a deputy chief of the investigative department, Chief of Staff at Tselinniy IAD of transport, a deputy chief of investigative department of economic and official crime of the Department SCI RK in Astana. From 1997 to 2001 he was a chief of investigative service of the Departemnt of PSC in Astana, a chief inspector, a deputy chief of Contractual and Right department NSC RK. From 2001 to 2004 he was a chief inspector, a deputy chief of Protection Service department of the President RK. Since 2004 he has been the President of the joint stock company ‘Militarized railway guard». He was awarded a badge «Honorable railway worker».

		Kirgabakov Darkhan Umbetbaevich an independent director of JSC «MRG» The first deputy director general in JSC «Special provision center of protection service of the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan»

		Shaitov Dzhambul Parukhovich an independent director of JSC «MRG» A chief of legal department, peopleware and office work in RSCE «Central headquarters of professional militarized and rescue services of State control committee of emergency and industrial safety of the Ministry of emergency of the Republic of Kazakhstan». Shaitov Dzhambul Parukhovich was born in 1947. He has higher education, he graduated from West-Kazakhstan agricultural institute in 1970, his specialty is economist, and he graduated from Higher school of SSC SSSR in 1982. Over a period of 1970–1980s he worked according to his specialty, as well as in Komsomol and party association of West Kazakhstan region. From 1980 to 1999 he served in the bodies of National security committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan, MID of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan, protection service of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, his military rank is colonel. From 2000 he worked in different executive and leading positions of the state and commercial organizations.
