Work motivation

Bonuses and monetary reward are paid according to the Rules of workers’ bonuses, Rules of awarding and financial incentives with the purpose of workers’ moral and material stimulation for proper and model work duties fulfillment, special tasks and responsible instructions of special importance and complication fulfillment, quality and work experience, strategic measures fulfillment, contribution to the development of the Society, as well as timely prevention of goods, wealth stealing.

Monthly long-service increment are paid to the workers in the Society.
Financial incentives and awardings are given to workers who celebrate a jubilee, professional and state holidays. They are awarded with the badges of «The best security officer», with an honorary diploma and a thank-you note of the President of the Society.
