Trade union
On the 26th of March 1992 the first (constitutive) congress, proclaiming formation of trade union of railroad men and transport builders in the Republic of Kazakhstan took place. It is one of the founders of International confederation of railroad men and transport builders trade unions.
On the 21st of 2000 on the IV congress trade union of railroad men and transport builders was renamed into public association «Trade union of railroad men of the Republic of Kazakhstan».
Trade union activity is realized in accordance with the Constitution, the laws and other regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, by trade union Regulations, generally accepted principles and norms of international law.

The aim of railroad men trade union is
protection of labor rights and social-economical interests of trade union members.
Railroad men trade union assists realization of reforms in the field, consolidates unification with labor people, contributes to formation of social oriented, stable collective.
Interrelations between trade union with administration of JSC «Militarized railroad guard» are formed with principle of equal social partnership.

achievement of equal social cooperation between employers and trade union in determination and realization of social-economical policy, also policy in the field of labor relations and non-admission of lowering of the level of rights and interests protection of workers of the field.
