Joint stock company «Militarized railway guard» (hereinafter referred to as Society) creates conditions in workers’ social security to preserve and strengthen personnel potentioal.

The main contingent of the Society is a operational personnel — security officers. As the main specificity of the Militarized railway guard is goods and property guarding, the most difficult work in unfavorable climatic conditions where the Society carries out intensified supervision of:

  • Provision operational personnel of the Society with special uniform (winter and summer uniform);

  • Necessary workers’ rest, food intake conditions creation for infantry teams, rest room and other rooms equipment with necessary bookcases, fridges, microwave ovens, cookers;

  • Daily medical examination before shift and security officers’ annual medical examination.

Besides, bonuses for living in areas of environmental emergency are paid, as well as for the class and harmful work conditions.

Social privilege pack given to the workers by the Society is stipulated in the Collective agreement between the Society and its personnel. Besides, there are some internal normative documents to render material assistance to the workers.

Qualitative work depends on professional skills of the personnel. That is why one of the priority directions of the Society is development and support of young specialists.

In this connection the Rules of tutorship in the Society were developed with the purpose of experience and training sharing, optimal time and resources provision use.

The Society is socially responsible for its pensioners and workers.

There are 544 retired pensioners on the books in the Society. The Society given material aid to its pensioners every year according to the Rules of pensioners’ material aid:

  • In case of illness;

  • Incase of death;

  • In case of anniversaries: women — 60, 70 and 80 years, men — 70 and 80 years.

Pensioners awarded with the badge «An honorable railway worker» are paid for fare in a compartment car of a though train by railway transport of Kazakhstan once a year.

Participants of the accident in Chernobl and soldiers- internationalists are given support on the day of military withdrawal from Afganistan.

Cash means are given for entertaining events organization and holding (New Year, Internation women’s day, Nauryz Meiramy, Day of unity, etc.) where veterans are invited.

Much attention is paid to the children of the Society. Every season the Society guarantees summer health-improving camp vouches into summer children’s centers where children of the Society can have a rest and improve their health.

Employees’ children of the Society organizes New Year morning performance where every child is given a present, as well as encouraging prizes for poems and songs performance in front of Father Frost.

Special attention is paid to disabled children pursuant to the Rules of material aid to the employees of the Society. Parents of such children are given material support of 10-fold monthly estimate indicator once a year.

Much attention is paid to employees’ professional growth of the Society. there is training, professional development and refreshing pursuant to the Rules of training and employees’ professional development and training plan at the expense of the Society.
